ORDER ONLINE

Order your Senoble products online at www.senoble.com/shop.

Two delivery options are available: Click & Collect and Click & Deliver. You cannot choose 2 delivery options in one order but can confirm two separate orders.

After having selected your delivery option and your products, here are the steps to follow: Validate your order, connection to your account (or creation if you are buying on our website for the first time), Confirmation of the delivery option and payment

CLICK & COLLECT

Please ensure availability of your product and avoid to wait by choosing the Click and Collect option. It is available for all the products labelled with this icon: store_mall_directory

Several collection mode are available. You can collect your order 30 minutes after payment. During the day, you can choose a time slot of 2 hours. You can order your products up to 1 month before collection date.

Delivery will occur at Senoble Famille Gourmande store located at 11 rue de Petits Champs 75001 Paris.

At arrival, you will be asked for the invoice or the name and phone number of the person who has booked.

If you cannot collect your order, we will keep it for you until end of the day.

Any order that is not collected during initial collection day is lost.

A PROBLEM WHILE ORDERING

You can change your order up to the moment you have paid.

After payment, if you need to change your order, please kindly email us at contact@senoble.com, by phone or at the flagship store no later than 24 hours before collection date or 2 hours before delivery time.

You can contact our Customer service from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm from Monday to Friday
